Metropolitan Rust Proofing holds a national certification and registration of international standards that demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest quality service, and respect for the environment.

Our company is one of the few in Quebec to be registered with two management standards: ISO: 9001 (2008, quality) and 14001 (2004, environment). All our locations proudly display the recommended garage logo of CAA-Quebec, the provincial division of the Canadian Automobile Association.

The ISO registrations are subject to an annual audit by external auditors, who ensure our implementation and progress of a process with the aim of continuous improvement. 

  • ISO 9001 Standards : 2008

    The aim of this international management standard is the process of continued optimization and constant quality, which allows us to offer you the best rust proofing treatment.

    To meet the requirements of this standard, we have established strict quality control and uniformity, so that you get the best service at all times, regardless of customer traffic, time of day or location. Our service quality is well appreciated, as evidenced by its increase and very high rate, which exceeds 96% customer satisfaction. Our quality policy is available upon request. 

  • ISO 14001 Standards : 2004

    This management standard is designed to identify the environmental impacts of our activities on water, soil, etc., and to continue to reduce them through management programs in a sustainable development perspective.

    Through these programs, we are constantly working to reduce waste and increase the effectiveness of wastewater treatment. In addition, we use cloth bags instead of paper bags to protect vehicle seats. We have also invested heavily in the development of a biodegradable rust proofing treatment. Our environmental policy is available upon request.

  • CAA-Quebec Recommended Garage

    This certification demonstrates our effectiveness in providing you with the best possible service. By conducting surveys of our customers, CAA-Quebec can constantly optimize our practices. This important Automobile Association has granted Metropolitan Rust Proofing several awards of excellence, with averages of 95% or more.
